Method

Scramble 3 eggs seasoned with salt and pepper in a pan, then remove.
Sauté garlic paste and chopped tomato in the pan.
Mix sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and water together.
Pour sauce into the tomatoes, add scrambled eggs back, and toss.
Top with fresh spring onions and serve warm.
